You should always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any fasting, dietary, or mineral supplementation protocol, especially if you have underlying health conditions or take medications.
No Physician-Patient Relationship
Your use of this Site or participation in the Terra program does not create a physician-patient relationship between you and Terra or any of its volunteers. We are not medical professionals. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
Any information you share with us is for educational and program coordination purposes only. It is not protected by medical confidentiality laws. We will not share your information except as described in our Privacy Policy, but you should not disclose medical information that you are not comfortable sharing outside of a formal medical relationship.
Program Eligibility and Application
The Terra program requires an eligibility review. By applying to the program, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
We reserve the right to decline any application for any reason. Common reasons for declination include medical contraindications to fasting, incomplete information, or determination that the program is not appropriate for the applicant's situation.
If your application is declined, you will not be charged. You are welcome to reapply if your circumstances change.
Medical Supervision Requirement
If you are taking diabetes medication, blood pressure medication, blood thinners, or have kidney disease, gout, or thyroid conditions, you must consult your healthcare provider before beginning the program. We may require confirmation of this consultation before approving your enrollment.
You agree that you will not stop or adjust any medication without the supervision of your prescribing physician. Terra is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from medication changes made without medical supervision.
Assumption of Risk
Fasting, dietary changes, and mineral supplementation carry inherent risks. These risks include but are not limited to hypoglycemia, electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, digestive distress, and refeeding syndrome.
By participating in the Terra program, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with fasting, dietary changes, and mineral supplementation. You acknowledge that you have been advised to consult your healthcare provider before beginning the program. You agree that you are solely responsible for monitoring your own health and for seeking medical attention when needed.
Terra and its volunteers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the program or your use of the Site.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that the Terra sequence will produce any specific outcome. Individual results vary. Some participants achieve full reversal of their condition. Others achieve significant improvement. Some may see limited or no improvement.
We do not guarantee that the salts will be effective for your particular condition. We do not guarantee that you will be able to reduce or eliminate your medications. We do not guarantee that your results will be permanent.
Our participant outcome data is accurate to the best of our knowledge, but past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
Product Disclaimer
The mineral salts provided through the Terra program are traditional foods. They are not dietary supplements as defined by regulatory authorities. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The salts are hand-harvested from traditional sources. While we test each batch for heavy metals and contaminants, we do not guarantee that the salts are free from all naturally occurring trace elements. Individuals with specific sensitivities should consult their healthcare provider before using the salts.
Payment and Refund Policy
The Terra program costs KSh 15,000 for a one-time payment or KSh 5,500 per month for three months.
We do not offer refunds. This is a program of commitment, not a product to try. By enrolling, you agree that you have read and understood this policy.
If you complete the full three-month program and see no measurable improvement, we will work with you to understand what happened. Refunds are not issued, but we do not abandon participants who genuinely engaged with the program.
Shipping and Delivery
Salts are shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times vary depending on your location within Kenya. We typically ship within 2 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
If salts are returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and program materials, is the property of Terra or its contributors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on this Site without our express written permission.
You may download and print program materials for your personal use as a program participant. You may not share these materials with non-participants.
Prohibited Conduct
By using this Site or participating in the program, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or threaten any Terra volunteer or other participant
- Share program materials, including the rotation schedule, food interference list, or other proprietary content, with non-participants
- Provide false or misleading information in your application
- Ignore safety guidelines or medical advice
- Represent yourself as a Terra representative or trainer
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your program participation without refund.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site and the program at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other participants, volunteers, or Terra.
If we terminate your participation for violation of these Terms, no refund will be provided.
If we terminate the program for reasons other than your violation, you will receive a prorated refund for unused salts.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and program are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Terra makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the program, or the information, content, or materials included.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terra and its volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Site or participation in the program.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the program shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the program.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Terra and its volunteers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your participation in the program, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the program shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Kenya.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on this Site and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Site or participation in the program after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Terra regarding your use of the Site and participation in the program. They supersede any prior agreements between you and Terra.
