Join Terra

Terra is a small, volunteer-run collective dedicated to terrain restoration. We teach a three-phase sequence of intermittent fasting, full-spectrum mineral salts, and broth from indigenous cattle. Our work is rooted in traditional African pastoral knowledge and supported by emerging research on autophagy, mineral metabolism, and gut health.
We have is a clear mission, a growing community of participants, and a commitment to honest, evidence-informed education.
We are looking for a few people to help with research and writing.
Why Terra Exists
Chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome have reached epidemic levels across Africa and the world. The conventional approach focuses on managing symptoms with lifelong medication. Terra offers a different path: restoring the internal terrain so the body can regulate itself.
Our participants have documented meaningful improvements. Some have reversed conditions they were told were irreversible. We need to document these outcomes, organize the research that supports our approach, and make this knowledge accessible to more people.
We cannot do this alone. We need your help.
Who We Are Looking For
You do not need years of experience. You need curiosity, attention to detail, and a few hours per week.
Ideal candidates include:
- University students in health sciences, nutrition, biology, journalism, or communications
- Early-career writers or researchers seeking experience and portfolio pieces
- Individuals interested in traditional food systems, metabolic health, or medical anthropology
- Anyone who believes that good science and traditional knowledge can work together
Terra values clarity, honesty, and independence. We do not promise what we cannot deliver. We expect the same from you.
What You Gain
Terra is transparent about compensation. Our stipends are modest. We are a small collective. We pay what we can.
