Do I need to be based in Kenya? No. The role is fully remote. Stipends are sent via M-Pesa, which works internationally.

Do I need my own computer and internet? Yes.

Will I have direct contact with participants? Yes. Terra provides initial introductions and consent forms.

Is the stipend guaranteed every month? No. The stipend is based on completed work. If you complete three case studies, you receive KSh 7,000. If you complete five, you receive KSh 9,000. If you complete none, you receive nothing for that month.

Can I use my published case studies in my portfolio? Yes. Please credit Terra as the source.
